It is our guarantee that only the finest flowers will be sent to you securely and in the most efficient manner possible.
Gift Purchase Delivery (Floral Designs)
Every Janalsa gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 10:00AM on Saturdays. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Delivery to Hospitals
When placing your order please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
Janal’s, Inc. will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
- Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Wholesale Shipping (by the bunch)
We can custom pack almost any variety of flower products and ship them nationally, to your home or business, for all occasions, from growers around the world.
The delivery charge via our vehicles is $10.00 with a $50 minimum purchase delivered within these regional city areas, San Antonio, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Del Rio, Austin, Temple, San Saba, and Llano. Purchases under the minimum amount can be picked up at our warehouse, or will be shipped via FedEx overnight or UPS ground service. These carrier's delivery charges depend on the weight and location where the flowers are being shipped. These charges will be assessed at checkout when you select your delivery option.

As most merchandise purchased from this website is pursuant to a shipment contract, the risk of loss and title for these orders pass to the buyer upon the pickup made for the merchandise by the shipping carrier. Please note that our shipping carriers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Janal’s, Inc. cannot take responsibility for interruptions or delays due to the following:
a.) forces of nature beyond reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, inability to obtain necessary supplies, industrial or labor dispute, etc.,
b.) national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation,
c.) incorrect address and/or zip code provided by the sender,
d.) unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery supplied by the sender,
e.) decreased product quality due to an incorrect address or re–routing request provided by the sender,
f.) product quality problems due to improper handling by the recipient.

Grower direct benefits
Shipping grower direct allows you to buy more flowers at a less expensive price, saving on shipping and product. When you buy grower direct you get the freshest cut flowers only a day or two off the plant.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that our customers schedule their orders to arrive three (3) days prior to their event (unless otherwise indicated in the product description).
All orders must be placed AT LEAST 7 days prior to your desired delivery date, and can be placed up to 60 days in advance. All orders must be submitted by 4:00pm CST to be processed on that date. Orders received after 4:00pm CST will be processed on the following business day.
Deliveries are available Tuesday – Friday. Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries due to courier restrictions. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify, and under most circumstances packages will arrive by 10:30am
Since fresh flowers (including, bouquets, wholesale flowers, farm direct and mass market flowers) are perishable and affected by weather and climate, we ask that customers or their representatives be present at time of delivery. This will guarantee that your flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next day delivery.
** Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx and providing the customer service representative with your 5 digit zip code and asking them for the estimated delivery time for a Priority Overnight Package in your area.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. FedEx and UPS require that you supply your phone number and will not ship to P.O. boxes. You will be assessed a $15.00 fee per shipment if a shipment has to be rerouted by request or due to incomplete shipping information. Only one reroute will be allowed per shipment.
We are happy to ship large orders via FedEx or UPS or arrange for other shipping alternatives via air or ground transportation. For larger shipments, these alternative means of transportation normally allow us to offer you greater savings.
The day before your products are to arrive you will receive an email from us with your FedEx or UPS tracking number(s).

We will do our best to accommodate your requests if you wish to cancel or change your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled, edited, changed within five (5) days of the requested delivery date.
We reserve the right to forfeit deposits on orders that are changed or cancelled.

Any claims arising from unsatisfactory quality of stock must be reported within the timeframes specified in the Terms and Conditions set forth on the invoice and held for advice as to disposition. Beyond those timeframes materials shall be deemed to be accepted in good condition. Janal’s inc., will not consider any claims that arise after delivered materials have been processed, stored improperly, transplanted, or otherwise altered. All return requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
All products must be returned to be considered for credit. We will not issue any credits for merchandise that has not been returned to us.
In unique situations (due to the high shipping costs) we may grant special permission to submit pictures of the damaged product clearly showing impairments to the item. In these instances, the pictures must be taken and e–mailed to us the following way:
1.) We must receive the pictures showing the damages within 8 hours of the delivery of the product.
2.) Proof of purchase must be shown on the picture together with the damaged item. Proof of purchase may include either the invoice included with your shipment, or the packaging showing our shipping label.
Once we receive the pictures and a brief description of your request (please include your order number), we will investigate your claim and determine the validity and the value of the credit. We reserve the right to deem products shown on the pictures satisfactory and decline the issuance of any credit.
Please note that processing your return may take up to 10 business days.
Refunds granted will be issued for the purchase price of the product only and to the credit card used at the time of the purchase. SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
